Introduction – EnergyCellEnergyCell operates a photovoltaic power plant with an output of 0.5 MW located in Klúčovec. The beginning of production dates back to 2010.
The PV power plant is built on a central inverter from SATCON with an output of 500 kW. The project includes 2024 panels with a unit output of 225 Wp. The PV plant is connected to the ZSD distribution network. The entire technology is perfectly established and verified through long-term continuous operation.
The average annual production ranges between 510 MWh and 530 MWh. Based on long-term experience, we can predict production throughout the entire year.
The offer for purchasing electricity and cooperation with the photovoltaic power plant (PV plant) is intended for electricity traders (buyers), distribution companies, and energy investors. There is also the possibility of direct long-term purchase of green energy for large industrial enterprises that want to meet their environmental goals.
The main ecological benefit of photovoltaic (PV) power plants is zero production of greenhouse gases and pollutants during electricity generation. They help reduce the carbon footprint of the energy sector and slow global warming.
Coal power plant: approximately 920 g CO₂ per kWh (a total of 487.6 tons of CO₂ at approx. 530 MWh).
Photovoltaic power plant: during its entire lifecycle (including production and disposal) only about 46 g CO₂ per kWh (a total of 24.4 tons of CO₂).
Net annual savings: 463.2 tons of CO₂.
